Refund Policy: Refunds must be requested no more than 5 calendar days after purchase. When a refund is granted the cost of the lead will be credited back to the agents account. Returned leads will be authenticated as “bogus” before said refund is credited to your account. A bogus lead is defined as a lead that has a wrong phone number (prospective consumer does not live, work, or own rights to phone number provided in resource), a lead that has been produced under false pretenses (prospective consumer claims they never requested said information), disconnected phone numbers, or non-working/fax numbers. Refunds will not be granted for non-responsive prospective consumers, leads in which the prospective consumer has already filed a contractual agreement with another, leads in which the prospective consumer has given false information when submitting quote request and/or has prior felonies, and if the prospective consumer is involved in hazardous/risky occupations or extracurricular activities. Finally, refunds will not be granted for any agent whose e-mail client is blocks and/or considers our lead delivery email spam. We have the right to activate a lead refund limit on your account if your refund requests exceed 35% of your delivered leads.

Payment and Termination: Leads are paid for in advance upon registration with LeadsToClose.com. All payments must be made via credit or debit card before account will be considered “active.” When a lead is matched to your filter parameters, your account will automatically be debited the cost of the lead being sent. When a return is granted, your account will automatically be credited with the same amount originally debited for the cost of the lead. To ensure continued service with Leads To Close, your account will automatically be charged $250 when the remaining balance reaches $25, this charge will be placed on the credit/debit card on which the initial deposit was made.

You can close your account at any time by contacting Leads To Close. Leads To Close will return your remaining balance to you within 7 business days via check sent directly to the address provided during registration. All full-balance refunds will result in a $20.00 administration fee to be deducted from the remaining balance. Refunds not available on accounts under $20.00. Leads To Close has the right to terminate any working relationship at any time, upon which your remaining account balance will be returned to you. All accounts paused, stopped, or in any way rendered in-active for over 180 days will be automatically closed without written letter to Leads To Close for concessions to be made.

Your Account and Password: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account passwords and responsible for any activity under your account and password. You agree to notify Leads To Close if any unauthorized transactions occur on your account. Promotions: If Leads To Close matches any portion of an agent deposit, agent deposits will be the first dollars allocated to lead purchases. If a refund on your account is requested, Leads To Close will net out the matching funds provided by the company before return of balance.

Links to Third Party Sites: Linked sites are not under the control of Leads To Close and Leads To Close is no responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site. Leads To Close is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Leads To Close. The mention of specific companies or certain manufacturers’ products does not imply that they are endorsed or recommended by Leads To Close in preference to others of a similar nature that may not be mentioned on our site. Leads To Close is not responsible for any damages incurred as a result of third party website usage.

Exchanges: You agree not to hold Leads To Close liable for any goods or services solicited through the Leads To Close Insurance Quote Engine. Leads To Close is not an Insurance Brokerage. Leads To Close facilitates the exchange between Insurance Companies and prospective insurance consumers.

When you publish a listing or any content on Leads To Close, you are granting us and representing that you have the right to grant us, a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to exercise the copyright to that content.

Leads To Close shall have the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The user may not assign any part of this Agreement without the prior consent of Leads to Close via written condition. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Kansas, exclusive of conflicts of laws and principles.

If any provision of this Agreement is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in effect. The user agrees to comply with all applicable laws in the using of this service or the information contained herein. No waiver of any obligation or right of either party shall be effective unless in writing, executed by the party against whom it is being enforced. Any such waiver shall not preclude a party from exercising any other right or later exercising the same right.
